How to Fill

  1. Create after final packing — one row per carton or logical group.
  2. Marks & numbers must match physical cartons and B/L.
  3. Gross/net weights must align with invoice and declaration.
  4. Attach to invoice set for customs and buyer.
  5. Archive with photos of marks if disputes arise.

  • Using the wrong document type for bank presentation (e.g. PO instead of invoice)
